Our Firm Seeks to employ a young, highly motivated individual to join Our Corporate and Legal Department.

Pre-Requisite

The candidate must be Fluent in Polish and English.

Main Duties:
•    Assisting the Corporate and Legal Department to manage the portfolio of clients.
•    Preparing, executing and arranging for the internal filing of various corporate documents
•    Opening of Bank Accounts
•    Ensure compliance of the Company through following internal procedures
•    Handling correspondence, with client mainly in polish and reporting to the Head of our Internal Departments.

Profile of Ideal Candidates
•    University in a related subject
•    Experience in a similar role (advantageous however not essential)
•    Goal orientated
•    Self-motivated with an ability to take initiative
•    Good communication skills
•    Ability to solve problems
•    Computer Literate
